Branwyn was born and raised in the Grey City of the Elvish Isles in the east, trained as a scribe by the Blue College. She has come west to collect stories from the far side of the Middle Sea.

Branwyn came across the sea on a human merchant ship, into the small port city of Talon. While looking for a good spot for singing, she saw a crowd chasing a young tiefling into an alley. She intervened, with some unplanned assistance from Prexi, and took Dart (the riefling) under her protection.
