Marvic of the Caladlings has been wandering around these parts since before there was a highway, and he’s likely to go on about it for as long as he’s allowed to. He used to be an adventurer, back in the days when the Orcs still ruled this part of the Southmarch.
The Caladlings live in the disputed territory, and have a reputation for playing both sides against the middle. Lots of people suspect that Vic worked, willingly, for the orcs before the Protectorate came this far south, which makes him unpopular in the better parts of town.
